Shipping policy

Free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium
At Laavir, you don't pay any shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours. If you place an order during the weekend or on a public holiday, we will process it on the next working day.

Delivery time
The Netherlands and Belgium: usually the next working day, at the latest within 3 to 5 working days.
Other countries in Europe: within 5 to 10 working days. Any shipping costs for these countries will always be shown at checkout, before you pay.
During busy periods, such as the holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Track your parcel
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a track and trace link. This allows you to follow your parcel until it reaches you.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?
Please check your parcel upon arrival. If something is damaged or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days via our contact form. Please include your order number and a few photos, and we will resolve it for you quickly.
