Refund policy

30-day free returns
Not happy? You have 30 days after receiving your order to register a return. Returning is free: we will provide you with a return label.

How to return
1. Register your return via our contact form or by email at timo@laavir.com. Please include your order number and the product you wish to return.
2. You will receive a return label with instructions by email.
3. Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging, and attach the return label to the parcel.
4. Drop off the parcel at a service point of the carrier.

Our return address is: Laavir, Linnenwever 49, 7141 RA Groenlo, Netherlands. Only send a return after you have registered it; we cannot properly process parcels without prior notification.

Condition of the product
You are welcome to inspect and try out the product as you would in a shop. Please return it complete and undamaged, including all parts and accessories. If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it, or if it is damaged, we may deduct the reduction in value from the refund amount.

Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know. You will receive the purchase amount back within 10 working days via the payment method used for your order. If you cancel or return your entire order, we will also refund any shipping costs. It may then take a few more days for your bank or credit card company to process the amount.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. At Laavir, we voluntarily extend this to 30 days. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can let us know via the contact form, by email, or using the model form below.

Would you like a different product? Simply return the item you don't want to keep and place a new order for the product you do want. This is the quickest way to receive your new item.

Warranty
All our products come with a 1-year warranty. In addition, you always have your legal rights: a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. If there is something wrong with your product, please contact us via our contact form and we will find a solution together.
